UAP/UFO thread - Non-Human Intelligences

I've watched all the Hancock, Joe Rogan podcasts and I'm open to his thoughts on a lost ancient civilization. Last year he appeared with an archeologist called Flint Dibble who looked like a bit of a crank. Anyway he pretty much roasted Hancock in the debate, however it was revealed in later podcasts that Dibble had told lots of porkies to discredit Hancock. There is definitely an agenda from the mainstream against Hancock. I think they're scared he may be proven correct and large parts of their work will end up in the bin.

Ahh yes all archeologists are in one big conspiracy to hide an ancient civilization for fear their work will be discredited.

Hancock is a snake oil salesman making a fortune from people who don't trust ''mainstream science and academia'' .

Joe had another legit archeologist on after who said Dibble talked absolute shite and who was only on to discredit Graham.

He literally lied to try and win debate's with Hancock on the show.

South America but I don’t yes all archeologists are in one big conspiracy to hide an ancient civilization for fear their work will be discredited.

I don’t think that’s true it’s about opinion why call him a pseudo archaeologist if he’s a snake oil salesman ? people won’t buy his books that’s it no need to put the world to rights on the back of one man.

Especially if he’s small fry unlike trained archeology that own the school and university population

I would hardly call ancient archeology a mainstream science, no written records exist from that time so it generally involves academics opinions on artifacts and structures found from which they construct the narrative.
Regarding Hancock, he's a journalist/writer who is simply saying that there maybe a lost ancient civilization yet the so called mainstream see him as public enemy no.1.
The Joe Rogan podcast involving Hancock and Dibble, something that is watched by millions was a disaster for the mainstream as they were found to be lying. Why would they need to do that if Hancock is the one dealing in snake oil?

There is not much here in the UK on Hancock mainly the Joe Rogan show and America calling him out.
We seem to respect the division between a University education in archaeology and the small man doing his own fiction/fact books.
We are very lucky there are many programmes on TV doing research on our ancient history “find my past” or at the risk of derailing the thread find me a real UFO/UAP

Of course people will buy it, people love this stuff, and want to believe in it. In truth it’s nothing more than science fiction fantasy, being passed off as real.

It’s light entertainment I don’t know if America does proper digs students scraping at the soil trying to make sense of their country and publish it live on TV that would be far more interesting than chasing Graham Hancock.

Neolithic 3,182 bc for anyone who is interested in ancient archaeology/history
Thought to be older than Stonehenge. What’s good about our archaeology is we don’t have to rely on people doing their own research we have plenty published on line and free on YouTube

Now 50% of people don’t believe man walked on the moon, I believe because I watched it live and went to Florida and seen the spare massive rocket the Saturn five launched them into space
"A 2019 survey found that 5% of respondents strongly believed that the moon landing was faked, while 61% strongly disbelieved. A 2022 survey found that 10% of respondents agreed with the conspiracy claim that NASA faked the moon landings."

Not directing this at anyone who is innocent, but I really hate it, REALLY FUCKING HATE IT that there are posters so fucking sensitive to anybody else having a different PoV they have to make that person feel uncomfortable to leave or bitch on to get them banned off threads.

As long as the differing poster is having robust debate that's not racist or hateful, I don't see what the problem is.

I wish these sensitive cnuts got a personality!!

And, yes, I'm annoyed and expect this msg to be deleted.

DELETED MEMBER SAID:
“8If I were an archaeology student right now and, for example, wanted to write an academic paper arguing that the findings at Göbekli Tepe belonged to an advanced civilization, most universities would try to block me—maybe all of them. I wouldn’t graduate. My academic career would be over.
Even as a Turkish PhD holder, if I were to go to Göbekli Tepe (which I plan to do soon—I’m ashamed I haven’t yet, but most areas are closed off anyway, and they don’t show much), work on the field, and prepare an academic paper—where would it get published in a respected journal? I doubt it. Let’s say it did get published; later, mainstream archaeology academics would tear me apart. My academic career would be over. They’d ruin me. Why would I bother with that? eEven posting on a forum can be nerve-wracking. Writing an academic paper? No, thank you

You can write your academic paper on Gobekli Tepe and publish after you retire how about all of Turkey it has so many ancient fantastic sites.
If your in America you would receive the same treatment as Hancock make the trip to Gobekli Tepe and see the wonderful carvings of ancient animals. Then you can tell us what you think of CaraHan Tepe incredible

NASA conspiracy I prefer to call it cock up they may well have faked the pictures but don’t you think the Russians China and the Uk would have called out the Americans nothing to be gained by going along with the conspiracy the Russians were the first in space.

I'm 50 / 50 on whether we went to the moon or not.

But one thing is certain the US definitely faked a lot of pictures.

They've done it for years on many things.

Propaganda, misdirection.

The US used to wheel out strange shaped aircraft from its hangers that were mearly made of wood.
( An outline shape of a craft)

The Russians would fly over the bases and take satellite pictures to make the Russians think they had exotic aircraft technology.

Ffs.
Our very own Jodrell bank tracked the whole mission to the moon, I'd subject you go an take a tour round there. There's also a disc placed on the moon that has a laser pointed at it to measure the increasing distance.

Is it as much as that? What's that based on.
