Seen a few people say this, but I don’t think they’d have gone with such a severe penalty if they genuinely thought it’d get overturned.
If they went 12 months only reduction could be a suspended ban this leaves room for them to take a reduction to 12

The one thing that hasn't been addressed in all of this is why has this alleged extra money given us such an extra uncompetitive advantage? Who have we bought that has been such a world superstar that nobody else could afford? Who did we blow everybody else out the water with a bid for? Did we buy messi, ronaldo, mbabbe, neymar? Did we fuck.
dosnt stand up mate,if you steel a bottle of whiskey and dont drink it,your sill a thief if you get my drift,,,,we'l get it dropped im certain

It might be true. This is the signed document.

A key bit I have put below. “exclusively decided by CAS”.

Unless there’s a loophole, it’s pretty tight. Maybe there’s an argument to enable us to go higher but I wouldn’t know.

That would stop City overturning the ban but presumably we could take civil action in other courts across the world because the damage to our reputation is worldwide and we have lost out financially. I have known of cases where damages have been sought in US and European courts by firms which generate revenues in different markets. We could also sue those media outlets who have printed totally false allegations about our club (not related to the Spiegel claims)

Let’s just hope CITY have the balls to call them out. Expose their corrupt organisation for EXACTLY what it is.

PB on twitter.

"A few weeks ago Ceferin was pleading with City to plead guilty to what was describe as a "technical breach" and accept a small fine. Does that sound like UEFA was sure of its ground? Not to me it doesn't and it certainly didn't to City."
We are right to not accept this twisted in-house verdict. I've been saying since the first day of FFP that it looks illegal. Since when has there been a law (talking legal stuff here) that prevents an investor growing a business with investment so long as the actions are legal ? The hacker's in prison. The principal investigator said he wanted us banned before the investigation started. CAS have said that UEFA's actions in leaking stuff about us are worrisome.

Apologies To Karen.

You can stop sending me private messages demanding i post links.

The information relayed to me tonight is allegedly from 2018.I was unaware of this at the time of posting.

I would rather spend 30 million on the 50 best lawyers in the world... to sue them [UEFA] for the next 10 years” - Khaldoon Al Mubarak (2018) ...

Like i said,i am extremely sorry.I would never deliberately offend a moderator.
Thank you,i am not a moderator,i just like to see a source for things like that and i did ask a couple of times and tag you as well,Khaldoon is our chairman not our owner who you attributed the comment to

I’m totally confused how & why this can happen during a season and a chumps game around the corner ? Surely it’s done at the end of the season as this will clearly impact the players.

I hope city sue if possible. Our whole season might just go up in smoke from this point
It should galavanise our players mate. I expect them to walk out at the bernabeu dicks swinging and stuff the ****s. Time our players set the tone in this competition.

Until i see evidence of City actually fighting back for once then I think for now we're actually screwed, with respect to Champs league money and the fine, further reducing our spending and wage capabilities. I fully expect the upholding of a 2 year ban the way things have gone for us.

They took a pinch when they shouldn't have. They allowed Liverpool to get a way with hacking us. They allow most media outlets to kick us and belittle us daily. They also, I believe, briefed journalists a few months ago that we would't be banned and/or punished... only to be punished heavily.

For once they need to stand up for the club against UEFA and also the media. Start fucking banning journalists and news outlets and stop giving a crap about how it will look.
be patient,we made a statement and thats it for now, citys legals will have it sorted and probably have had for months, there is procedure here and it has to be followed correctly,we were waiting for the UEFA statement now thats come we can make the next move but all in good time
