I think once people realise that few cars are affected I am sure Khan will benefit - the anti Muslim racists who hated him before anyway will be persuaded of nothing so no change there. Its helpful their prospective candidate is batshit crazy - makes Shaun Bailey look like head of state material.

She doesn't even reveal which Party she will represent in her campaign literature

depends what size of van you need - use a diesel Partner over say 20 working days PM and ULEZ costs you £250

Or get a new one with August availability for £273 pm. And you are not putting diesel in it nor paying the £150pa RFL

Mate electric vans are crap for workmen go on auto trader and see how cheap a VW electric transit is compared to a diesel, they can’t give them away. Don’t forget the congestion charge on top, im sure Mr Khan will look at expanding that as well.

I am not an advocate of EV's - the current ranges and infrastructures are inadequate - I am just pointing out that there are scare stories being bandied around about a charge yet to be levied. Maybe wait and see what the impact is.

VW vans are overpriced anyway coz the surfing set and day van converters love them. Most if not all new commercial vehicles would be bought they will be leased. Buying an ageing van with older batteries and running gear etc would be too much of a gamble for most businesses I'd guess
