Jesus would have to stay onside for that to happenIf our players could finish 1 of the two golden chances we had tonight we would have had an increibly easy victory. If the chances fall the other way round i reckon we lose that game 2-0.
Some single out sterling, some say rodri, some say mahrez. The individuals can’t all be bad. Surely it is about the system as a whole and when the system is dependent on two attackers and no one can be trusted to hold alone it falls down. It’s unfair to blame some individuals. Once the issues have been resolved the whole team will then play better.

No drive, no pace, no dynamism. Just slow and lacking any kind of ambition. Symptomatic of the last 18 months really. Only 2 positives, we gained a point and a clean sheet again. But that wont be enough to see us competing this season

play like today and we wont get a win out of this three which would mean early January we are still not even in top 8 and about good 10 points off from top.
I seen some games from Soton and Everton this year, if they raise their game we could be in trouble and Lampard beat Pep last season with a much weaker squad than he has now.
We are very lucky having a near injury free squad currently, Kun is close to come back (before he is out for weeks again, I think he is now like Kompany was, wont ever be ready to play longer periods)
Pep keeps crying about 5 subs, he made 1 sub in last 180 minutes of PL, even when he knows Tuesday another PL game coming up.
