Considering the 'security' in place at The Etihad, just how does anyone plant a suspicious package at The Swamp? Haven't they got wall to wall cameras? They'll know who sat where and who put the package where it was placed.

Personal feelings aside it's a good target. Assume London's got much higher security/surveillance. It's a very well known place so big publicity. Obviously lots of people in a confined space too.
