Only just got back from the match, can anyone summarise this thread for me? Are we disappointed?

No. Everyone is happy. 4 in a row last season. Treble season before. Centurions. Quadruple domestic trophies. We’re quite enjoying being back to ‘typical City’
Target is 40 points and anything more is a bonus. Hopefully we might get into Europe through the fair play award though Kyle’s Tom Daley impersonation today might have harmed our chances. FIFA Club World Cup this Summer and Isle of Man Trophy in 2026.
Back to training at Platt Lane from next week and Rodri starts his sprinting up the South Stand spirals next week to get him fully back up to speed. He’s doing his playing rehab on Ten Acres Lane.

It sounded different to me. Subjective I Know. He seemed to be saying he felt he couldn’t solve it and it might be the end. He was totally calm but said he knew it couldn’t continue.

I got this impression also, Maybe I'm wrong but I found that interview incredibly strange, First time since he's been here that I thought he actually might walk. He sounds deflated.

That second half was troubling. They outplayed us, and tactically we just sat and waited for the inevitable. Mistakes or not, they were the better side second half.
