Referee: Michael Oliver.
Assistants: Stuart Burt, Simon Bennett. Fourth official: David Coote. VAR: Paul Tierney. Assistant VAR: Adrian Holmes.
We’ll get fuck all off VAR from that cheat. I reckon our not getting a league pen against them since 2008 (I think) will continue - I wonder if there is any other “big six” side that has gone that with no league pen against one of the other six? It’s a bizarre stat, almost bent one might say

You do realize that posters' predictions have zero bearing on the actual results...
Hmmm, not sure about that, there seems to be a direct correlation between people predicting we will smash teams 4,5,6-0, and then city having a disappointing result....

I think this’ll be a harder game than many anticipate, with United in decent form and coming straight after an international break.

Akanji has to start in Stones’ absence, rest of the team largely picks itself. Only question mark, I think, is whether Gundogan gets the nod in midfield with Bernardo on the right, or he plays Bernardo centrally with Grealish out wide. I’d probably go for the latter, but is a close call.

Ederson
Walker
Akanji
Dias
Cancelo
Rodri
Bernardo
De Bruyne
Grealish
Foden
Haaland

does anyone feel like the derby has lost something in recent years on the pitch. we know the fans have their rivalry but i feel like on the pitch its become too nice. i've seen more fire when we've played teams like everton or atletico madrid compared to the derby in recent years
The rivalry is different for the players as they don’t see the rag cunts as rivals but just an irritant to swat away.

I’d be very happy to see that starting 11

I think we will have at least 80% ball possession so it’s all about the chances we create!

The rag scum be well confident with the beating of a Liverpool team with half there squad out and Arsenal where the rags had about 40% of the ball at home! So they have belief now and a good tactical manager they haven’t had for a long time!

Take Our chances we win by at least two clear goals we don’t and it could be any result.
