lot of fookin chicken counting going on on this thread...
There comes at time when sticking your neck out on a particular subject goes from being foolhardy to a worthwhile risk. Anyone who feels that moment hasn't yet arrived is still too paralysed with fear about the last 30 years imo. Got to take a chance at being wrong at some point.

That time is now.

Throughout the majority of the thread I have exercised caution. This last month however despite my reticent and timid nature concerning all things Scum even I have got a bit giddy.

I do think a few of the younger ones - De Gea and Rafael certainly; Jones - more than likely will become really fantastic Footballers one day. The state that Taggert has left them in though they will be playing in London or Spain.

So from the biggest mard arse on the Forum; its official.

They are fucked.

Jones will become a fantastic footballer when I become an olympic athlete.

If you have ever seen me, you will know what I am getting at.

The rags' shares are tumbling amid news that a hedge fund specialist is preparing to sell them short and the Glazers having already made a filing with the SEC to sell up to another $400 million worth of shares on Wall Street. The share price is now $16.06, 4.4% down today alone.

Wtf?!

In their latest earnings, the team’s management expects at least a quarter final run in the Champions League, and to close off the season in third place domestically.

that's called over-forecasting your revenue, plenty of good examples of what has happened to companies that have done that in the recent past and its never pretty, even when they're really well leveraged and profitable, good luck selling those shares rag boys....

i can never get my head around why the rags rate jones

is it in defence of our Aguero song?

you sign phil jones

we sign kun aguero, kun aguero, kun aguero

I either sing or whistle this all day at work.

It really pisses the rags off.

QF in the Champ.League is attainable seeing as they have a good chance of a favourable draw on Monday. 3rd place in the PL however.... Mwahahahahahahaha!
