'Seriously thinking of not renewing my season ticket'

Sums that shite scummy cheating bastard club up.

Glory hunting fuckwits.
That is a dummy with Terry Christian's(just off screen) hand up his back moving its head about

One way of looking at it is how many of their first 11 would even get in the squads of city, Arsenal or Chelsea?

Rooney, Rvp their keeper that is it IMO.

Another point is that RVp has only had that really one good season and has been injury prone throughout his career. He's what 31 this year ? He was signed to win the league last season. He has no resale value due to his age, wages and injury record. Rooney only has a year left on his current deal. The word is he is going to Real Madrid, they have said see out your contract we want you on a free.

So basically they are going to see little or no money from their best 2 players for rebuilding.

They never replaced scholes giggs or Ferdinand. Vidic was never the same after he did his cruciate he's not a champions league player anymore, neither is evra. They haven't had a decent right back for years.

They could still scrape 4th but honestly how much better do Liverpool and even spurs squads look vs theirs ?

Which ever way you look at it they need 6 world class players before they will be able to challenge for the league again £150 - £200 million investment. Is that money going to be available ?

which player would make it into the city first eleven or the chelsea and arsenal squad,

the only players i would even think about are rooney, rvp and de gea and the first two, one been injured more than he`s been fit over the last 10 years and rooney will be one fat fuck before he`s 30 and probably washed up imo
De Gea and RVP would make a combined team. Rooney, Vidic, Smalling, Carrick, Rafael would at least get into the squad.

As for Chelsea, Rooney, RVP, De Gea, Rafael and Carrick would all get into their team.

A combined team would look something like this.

De Gea
Rafael Cahill Terry Cole/Dave
Carrick Ramires
Rooney Oscar Hazard
RVP

A combined team with Arsenal would have

De Gea
Rafael Mertersecker Koscielny Gibbs
Carrick Ramsay
Rooney Ozil Carzola/Walcott/Wilshere
RVP

And that is with Vidic being poor this year. Usually I would expect Vidic to make both their teams.

People here rightly laugh and joke about the ridiculous hype Jones and Januzaj get. It's embarrassing and they don't deserve half as much attention. I would even say Nastasic is not only currently a better player than Jones, but also the greater talent whist being a year younger. In fact it is shocking just how little attention Nastasic gets. That being said Jones and Januzaj are still great talents.

EDIT
As for RVP only having one good season it must be due to nobody watching Arsenal a couple of years ago. That's the only way I can explain the lack of respect Wilshere gets. Suarez quite rightly gets a lot of praise for his something like 29 goals in 28 games in 2013. RVP got 35 goals in 37 games in a calendar year in 2011.

On current form if fit no way Rvp or Rooney would get in our first 11 vs beast and aguero. They are easily the best forward combo in the league at the moment.

I agree Aguero and Negredo are the best partnership. The two of them work brilliantly together and make each other better. Like a true partnership the group is better than the sum of the individual parts. RVP and Rooney on the other hand is a poor partnership and they don't work well together. That being said both Rooney and RVP are better than Negredo as a striker. People asked for how many United players would get into the Arsneal/Chelsea and the answer is nearly half.

Arteta is 31, Carrick is 32. Who is the better player?
Would you take Walcott over Rooney? Giroud over RVP? Szczesny over De Gea? The only even slightly controversial one is Rafael over Sagna.

Has anyone got any idea when the Media might turn on them?

A couple of days ago we had PB's wonderful story of Ferdinand not being allowed on the team coach to Carrow Road when he was all suited and booted

got a link to the Ferdinand/coach post?

Wouldn't mind reading this too
Hmmmm, my interest is piqued also.
