Not a clue, but I think you may be on to something, you see a City fan would be clever like that, when they used to come on here we could spot them a mile off (the ones pretending to be City fans)

Well; my train of thought was that no genuine vermin fan (if there is such a thing) wouldn't even think of giving up on a top 4 finish yet. The title? I think it's probably dawned on them that it's gone. I'd be surprised if that is a rag that started that thread. If not a blue, maybe a lurking Mickey?

I'm guessing here, but there's a real chance United will have Rooney and RVP back for the final, if United beat Subderland. With those two playing, they can beat almost any team.

To wtite them off with a full team is madness.

As for new players. It's all good and well signing them, if United have the money, but it will take time for them to adapt to the a Premier League. Not to mention having a Manager who can make the most of those new players.

And don't forget, the teams finishing abovd United will strengthen as well.

Personally I don't think Van Pussie will kick a ball in anger for the Rags again.

Unless he's transferred out this window by really kicking up a fuss I highly doubt he can go on strike for the rest of the season. Like I've said in another thread, if they get through to the final the personal achievement will be enough for the players to perform. Regardless of the manager, where they are in the table, or the future of the club, a winners medal is a winners medal and they all want as many as possible, especially players potentially nearing the end like RVP.
