“I have been to Asia, and the support there is unbelievable and honestly City is nowhere near that.”

Their problems are getting bigger and bigger. They are playing catch-up on us Chelsea and Arsenal and possibly Liverpool. Once they try and get past that and get into the Champs League, They'll see Real, Barca, and Bayern have moved tables to the one they sat at. PSG will blow them out the water for anyone decent.
