I'd even suggest he was told exactly what to say. They are worried about us, they don't want to share and they will take every opportunity to try and belittle us in the media.
Meanwhile, we stay silent and get on with the job. Its a shame that our quite dignity is being deliberately ignored in the media.

There's been two injudicious comments about united by someone associated with City since the takeover, namely when Vieira questioned bringing Scholes back and Garry Cook's comments in New York. The press were all over those comments like a fucking rash, saying we should do our talking on the pitch and, with tiresome predictability, commenting upon our lack of class as a club.
