Isn't Woodward UEFA 's marketing man as well now? Glazier prize asset, he makes them lots of money, that is why they bought the club.

losing out to the rags 63 million a year on a shirt deal is ridiculous. Nike must be laughing their cocks off. If I were the sheikh and id heard about this then heads would roll . Either we've been dry bummed by Nike or the rags have a much better commercial department than us. I mean they even close a huge sponsorship deal with a company that cant even sell cars in this country. In the new world of ffp then we have scored an own goal.

So thats trainers on the don't buy list from addidas anyway. Anything else they make that should be boycotted?

They may have this influx of money but at the end of the day they are still being bled dry by the yanks...the more they have the more they take

the rags had better not get too excited , they wont see much of the £750m , the glazers have got their eye on new shopping mall . Previously i used to believe the dickheads who support the gooners were the biggest mug punters , but yooonited retards take the biscuit , they will have to pay a proposed £100 for the new adidas shirt , their ticket prices will continue to rocket , and they will also still have to pay for cup games they dont want to attend . On top of the lack of european football and any proven world class players , they really are reaping what they sow , their arrogance and ignorance for the last couple of decades is now beginning to bite them in the arse .

£75 Million buys a lot of Fellainis..

Seriously though there is a slight blind allegiance on BM that anyone connected with City is a genius in their field. Clearly some errors have been made in commercial rights , uefa fairplay, and in my view media relations (toure circus) .. Whilst the general strategy is sound there are some fuck ups on view.

Maybe, but that deal will still make a big difference. It won't all go in the Yanks' pockets.

Your general point is sound. However, there was fcuk all the club could do abolition the Toure Circus. The media were hardly going to surpress the birthday cake Bollox.

People will eventually have to wake up to this FFP bollox, when the rags are signing deals like this then everyone is at a disadvantage, i'm not complaining about it as it's the nature of the beast but surely people can see that the only way to compete is by having a wealthy owner pumping money in. This is why they want to stop it.

Football is corrupt and anyone who thinks otherwise is deluded.

If they ever do wake up it will be too late. FFP is so blatantly corrupt it's incredible, and people who think we will ever surpass them in revenue any time soon are living in cuckoo land, where everything is tinted blue.
