Agreed.far too powerful off the pitch (remember ths refs influence last season)) and far too powerful and increasingly rugged on the pitch with a knack of closing out gsmes and winning1-0,....not to finish top 4,imo.
The players have brought into pegs 'style' of football....they ve lost two imobile strikers, replaced with the second highest scorer in prem history....
I hope i am completely wrong and they flounder in tenth, but i cannot see it.

Are you sure?

Lot of Chelsea supporters have forgotten where they've come from.

more and more people here are getting pissed how psg is getting around ffp though they've spent big fucking zero this summer yet and half of what we spent in last two years, so unfortunately it looks the portion of our support is going that way too. I'm fairly some of our fans would support some kind of ffp now we're safe. It's pathetic but then, football fans were never some bastion of realistic and fair thinking.

Well that post stinks of a rag

'One of their titles was won on goal difference'! Lol.

And boy, don't they remember it!

Best way to win it. Even Gary Neville admitted as much on the day. In fact it could be argued that by not shutting up shop at 3-1 down of the Old Trafford derby, and arrogantly thinking they could get something out of the game, is the reason why they were so far behind on goal difference going into the final day.

Nice the latest SKY Sport advert plays THAT audio to remind them too.
It will forever be remembered as the greatest ever Premier League moment, and they can't take it. But we have to put up with Rooney's scuffed overhead kick every season, so they can be forever reminded of the moment that we surpassed them as a club.

This [accurate] portrayal of Ed Woodward's negotiation skills is even more applicable now than when it was made.
