United fans moaning about transfer fees is brilliant. They've just spent on 75 million on Lukaku

If at the end of the Season, either the League Champions or the Clubs to be relegated or the question of qualification for other competitions cannot be determined because 2 or more Clubs are equal on points, goal difference and goals scored, the Clubs concerned shall play off one or more deciding League Matches on neutral grounds, the format, timing and venue of which shall be determined by the Board."Is there a better way to win it?
Haha! Fair enough :-)If at the end of the Season, either the League Champions or the Clubs to be relegated or the question of qualification for other competitions cannot be determined because 2 or more Clubs are equal on points, goal difference and goals scored, the Clubs concerned shall play off one or more deciding League Matches on neutral grounds, the format, timing and venue of which shall be determined by the Board."
Thanks for that and a pat on the back from me. Enjoyed reading that and pmsl at their bitterness and frustration. They're fucking seething and can't do fuck all about it. Their anger is palpable. You can almost see their eyes bulging and temples throbbing. Well done and keep it up.Here you go mate - the exchange starts on page 4:

Ooops! No i,m not sure.got some prem league goalscorers stat rattling round in me head and its clearly bollox. Are you sure?
Thats a very good point Simon mate, its often overlooked. I can still remember tension in the air....utd tension from their mainstand whatevers its called..it was right next us....at3-1 down and even 4-1 down ,the silly red idiots didnt know weather to shut up shop and prevent further carnage (cos lets be right ,thats what it was..Carnage,lol) or rally the troops and make a comeback that would obviously go down in history.....but but ..if they leave the back door open City would make history...and we did.It should have been Ten.everybody knows that, even the hoardes of true reds in thailand Malaysia china stretford....they all know It shudda bin TEN.Best way to win it. Even Gary Neville admitted as much on the day. In fact it could be argued that by not shutting up shop at 3-1 down of the Old Trafford derby, and arrogantly thinking they could get something out of the game, is the reason why they were so far behind on goal difference going into the final day.
Some absolute gems on There, almost too many too choose from. This one caught my eye thoughyou can keep the agueroooo moment. the sick swan, the semi final at Wembley, we were just playing with them. the hurt shown in this thread is just a thing of beauty. enjoy.

jelly and ice creamMark Cattenberg was recently in Perth for an evening of questions etc, he told the audience how Fergie was telling him time added on should be 1 minute and you better not play more, Fergie was furious with him when he advised the 4th official there was to be 4 mins(I think) additional time and he was left in no uncertain terms that he would regret it. His influence over time keeping with 4th officials was something that disturbed officials. Mother ever put in the press.
Some really shocking comments from Clattenberg by the way as to how he referreed the game. Bent bastard is not far from the truth in his own words

I don't believe for a minute he's ignorant to the fact that sustainability is part of what City are about, that along the way, measures are being implemented to achieve this. He says what he has as if it's a constant open wallet being poured in which implies,a new perhaps involuntarily, the owner is a mug. We've heard this before. "City is the sheikhs plaything, an expensive hobby"
Sometimes they cannot help but sound, to me at least, like the journalists who've wrote not much good about City since I can remember let alone post 1 Sep 2008! But then again... the newspapers have stopped writing about us now because nobody wants to read about City...
Your way with words impresses me and I could not of put that and better. It doesn't meet their agenda to get into the detail on this. It's much easier to believe the bent media becsuse that fits the narrative nicely.
We may have eastern sponsorship, but the argument that we would collapse if the current ownership went, is working on a wild assumption that the sponsors would follow them out.
The premier league is big business. Who is to say that those said sponsors wouldn't want a piece of the pie and stay on board?
We ARE self sufficient, for any lurking rag. We posted profit last year and the forecast is to deliver once more. FFP tried and failed. We have passed every detail.
So do us all a favour and fuck off.
La Liga takes some beating though:Haha! Fair enough :-)
Well we know all about the rags safety first policy - they've had a few fire drills over the last few years!Thats a very good point Simon mate, its often overlooked. That Mancini master-class,traumatised the upper echelons of the scum so much that they havent played open attacking football since, and is why jose park the bus football is all the rage at old trafford...they are shit scared of little old City.safety first for utd.keep a clean sheet.mind how you go,be careful.
Yawn.

can we united fans stop whinging please its very embarrassing.
city are at the top table because their owners want to spend their own money to get them there.
Thats perfectly acceptable in my book.
it was acceptable when jack walker did it
it was acceptable when ambramovich did it
it was acceptable when john hall did it
it was acceptable when john moores did it
it was acceptable when john henry davies did it.
to name just a few
if I was that rich I would be spending the money on united.
rich football fans have always bankrolled teams (and always will)
thats got to be a lot better than an owner sucking money out of a club

The thing is the owner wasn't a Man City fan, he tried to buy Liverpool first. He should of bought a proper football club with history though like Everton or Leeds. A club with enough fans to fill a stadium up basically.
And no when Abrahimovic did it was seen as equally ridiculous. Both owners have basically gone onto full football manager cheat mode. What Walker did wasn't nearly as blatant.
Fucking hell Leeds and history, good job I didn't have a mouthful of tea when I read that bit.I shouldn't get annoyed by the ramblings of clueless plastic fans, but that sentence is so incorrect it's got right under my skin - these dickheads really do need a history lesson plus a lesson on current attendances might not go amiss.
