If at the end of the Season, either the League Champions or the Clubs to be relegated or the question of qualification for other competitions cannot be determined because 2 or more Clubs are equal on points, goal difference and goals scored, the Clubs concerned shall play off one or more deciding League Matches on neutral grounds, the format, timing and venue of which shall be determined by the Board."

United fans really wanted Bernardo Silva and rightly so as he is brilliant.....no wonder they are seething. Thankfully Bernardo knew where the proper football would be played next season and chose wisely.

Thats a very good point Simon mate,its often overlooked. I can still remember tension in the air....utd tension from their mainstand whatevers its called..it was right next us....at3-1 down and even 4-1 down ,the silly red idiots didnt know weather to shut up shop and prevent further carnage (cos lets be right ,thats what it was..Carnage,lol) or rally the troops and make a comeback that would obviously go down in history.....but but ..if they leave the back door open City would make history...and we did.It should have been Ten.everybody knows that,even the hoardes of true reds in thailand Malaysia china stretford....they all know It shudda bin TEN.

Mark Cattenberg was recently in Perth for an evening of questions etc, he told the audience how Fergie was telling him time added on should be 1 minute and you better not play more, Fergie was furious with him when he advised the 4th official there was to be 4 mins(I think) additional time and he was left in no uncertain terms that he would regret it. His influence over time keeping with 4th officials was something that disturbed officials. Mother ever put in the press.

It doesn't meet their agenda to get into the detail on this. It's much easier to believe the bent media becsuse that fits the narrative nicely.
We may have eastern sponsorship, but the argument that we would collapse if the current ownership went, is working on a wild assumption that the sponsors would follow them out.
The premier league is big business. Who is to say that those said sponsors wouldn't want a piece of the pie and stay on board?
We ARE self sufficient, for any lurking rag. We posted profit last year and the forecast is to deliver once more. FFP tried and failed. We have passed every detail.

The thing is the owner wasn't a Man City fan, he tried to buy Liverpool first. He should of bought a proper football club with history though like Everton or Leeds. A club with enough fans to fill a stadium up basically.
And no when Abrahimovic did it was seen as equally ridiculous. Both owners have basically gone onto full football manager cheat mode. What Walker did wasn't nearly as blatant.

If points are equal between two or more clubs, the rules are:[5]
- If all clubs involved have played each other twice:
- If the tie is between two clubs, then the tie is broken using the goal difference for the two matches those clubs have played against each other (without away goals rule)
- If the tie is between more than two clubs, then the tie is broken using the games the clubs have played against each other:
- a) head-to-head points
- b) head-to-head goal difference
- c) head-to-head goals scored
- If two legged games between all clubs involved have not been played, or the tie is not broken by the rules above, it is broken using:
- a) total goal difference
- b) total goals scored
- If the tie is still not broken, the winner will be determined by Fair Play scales.[6] These are:
