Come on most of the players mentioned were bought at a time when prices were still decent. And you don't factor in the age aswell. If you had to buy those players today? You'd be paying 300m for KDB, Aguero And D.Silva

Well we've already bought the long term replacements for Aguero and Silva and we paid £27m and £42m, so that must be some pretty huge inflation to increase KBD's price to £231m in the last two years.

Again, you think its a case of just adding a 20/30 goals striker but your team doesn't play in a way that will create the 90/100 chances for that player to score those goals and thats my point here.

Would you not think Jose has to be a lot more expansive with the football you play. Some of the times I watched United last season they were awful. God knows what it must be like to watch it over a full season? That display by United at the Etihad was absolutely shameful and shows the different trajectories each clubs are on.

Griezmann is more a trequartista though not a striker . Lukaku was our first choice striker, Griezmann could be the Rooney replacement as in he drifts between 9 and 10. There was no way we would Sign Griezmann to lead the line in a league he knows nothing about. As some have said Lukaku is more a Mourinho type striker.

So if Lukaku was first choice, you were going to buy 2 £75m plus players this window?
