It's not 'pain' it's history.

How much lighter can we be ? We are floating on fucking air. And we get to dump on Manchester Utd, as we float by. It's paradise.

I have plenty of banter, with genuine Utd fans, who have a balanced view on football & I was doing that when we were in the 3rd division & before that, when they were in the 2nd.

If we had any history here at City, parts of it would actually be shared with Utd, but unfortunately, we don't, apparently. But never mind, we'll get some, eventually.

Most Utd (& Liverpool) fans I encounter, are total ****s, who I wouldn't want to spend time with, even if there was no such thing as football, it's just a happy coincidence, that we now get to rub their faces in shit.

It's also a happy coincidence, that the most obnoxious **** in football, decided to become Utd's manager & is helping show up the whole organisation for what it is & we get to kill two birds with one stone. It's perfection.

If Utd didn't exist, life would be wonderful. But the fact they do, & we get to take a huge dump, all over them, over & over, is beyond wonderful.

I can't imagine how long it will take, for that pleasure to wear off, but I think it will be a long time, as they keep providing us with new angles for it, each day.

When our Derby is Macclesfield & Stockport County are an elite team from the league above & 30k of us turn out to watch us lose at home to Wycombe Wanderers, or our fathers watch Bert Trautmann wiining the league & then being relegated or the stories our grandparents tell of watching Brook Tilson Toesland running riot, in front of even record (still outside Wembley) attendances, or even earlier, Max Woosnam playing cb for City, scoring 100 at Lords for the MCC & winning the Doubles at Wimbledon, none of this counts, as history, because not all of it involved cups & ribbons & back patting, fawning bollocks.

History in football, only exists, if it is first vetted by Manchester Utd, Liverpool etc, to see if it is the right kind of 'history'. And now we are writing it, these football Nazis, will have to take it, up the arse & hopefully, for many many years.

We know how it feels, to have no hope of ever competing, & have to listen to people fawning over how many stars a team has & how much money they have spent, how wonderful it is that they have a bench full of world class footballers & how great it is for the League that this wonderful collection of players is in our country. Whilst their fans sing pisstake songs about a team with no money, in the 3rd division, but they are not bitter. We are the 'bitter' ones.

Time moves on & we are told, said team actually didn't spend anything much & actually did it all with kids & money= baaaad, unless you break the transfer record & sign whilst holding a red shirt.

So how wonderful, when these 'historical' teams are falling over each other to pay twice & 3 times the market value of players, to try & compete with 'little' City.

But they 'earned' it & 'deserve' it, because of their 'history'.

Well they 'deserve' every atom, of shit we dump back on them for as long as we possibly can.

And our 'blood pressure' may be pumping, with the sheer orgasmic delight of it.

this is what the glory hunting fans don't get. If only winning counted, why would Wimbledon fans set a new club start at the bottom and hope to return to their home, Why would Coventry fans protest against Ricoh and watch their team at Northampton, hey I bet even united fans went to Maine Road, when we generously lent them our ground.

Absolutely.

Clubs like Utd & Liverpool are like the footballing Khmer Rouge, using their power to eradicate the stuff they don't want, & make sure only their verson of history exists.
