So according to BBC Mourinho refused to take a player off who'd committed a violent challenge so the ref then sent him off almost apologetically, think that'd happen to a City player?

The ****s are getting practice in for when the season really starts, god help our players in the meaningless friendly coming up, my money is on them targeting Silva.

Mourinho refused to take him off because he "disagreed with the card."

Contrast this to Mancini yanking Mario for that crazy missed back heel against LA Galaxy a few summers ago, then getting in the shouting match with him on the bench.

This^ But hearing, even this morning, so many outlets are saying THEY are gonna finish top 3, with a strong possibility of winning it! Ive got it in my blood that their demise has well and truly begun. I want them in the bottom half at best. I don't feel good today.

An amazing season? What the fuck is wrong with these people, nobody, with any sort of objectivity,
can say that, it was mediocre at best, and to say that this mediocrity will be 'even better' is wishful
thinking to say the least.

Pre season friendly against Tranmere. Joey Barton (who else) was replaced at the refs suggestion by a young Dickson Etuhu who had already been subbed and was on bench waiting for the end of the game.
 
The powers behind the scenes will do their utmost to make sure that the script is followed to make sure the rags keep their place at the top table, as has been the case for a very long time.
I personally want them to finish 19th, as I don't even want them to win the wooden spoon!

In fairness, there were aspects to his performances last season that truly were amazing.

Very true – problem is that the fucktards that follow them are extremely gullible, and truly believe the bullshit they're spoonfed... it's always evident in anytime you have the misfortune to meet one face-to-face, they usually regurgitate this kind of bollocks, word for word!
Simple truth is that Pogba had a truly awful season, and if he'd have played for any other club he would have been crucified!

I guess they'll likely replace Carrick with either Matic or Dier. So that will pop the cost up to around £440 million for a piss poor side.
