Zlatan taking the mick out of the '92 muppets who'd been slating Pogba's bone idle performances.

Got to laugh though

"With Pogba, he was with United when he was young, then he went out and he came back," Ibrahimovic, who played with Pogba at United for 1-1/2 seasons, told the Mirror.

"In the circle of Ferguson, they don't like that because they stayed all their life under Ferguson and they never moved from Ferguson.

"They didn't even talk if Ferguson didn't tell them to open their mouth. So now if they're talking, I don't know whether Ferguson gave them permission or not."

Hee Hee

Ha ha - can see that going down well with the Rag hordes!

Apparently Chris Smallthing knows how to stop Messi as he knows something about him that no one else does.

Ok then
Is he quoted as saying as such?

Talk about giving it the big one - if he manages to keep him quiet for 180 minutes then fair play to him.

However, I don't share his confidence levels nor do I think Messi will be stood next him for the duration of the tie like an old fashioned static number 9 or a nowadays Glen Murray (sorry Glen, not derogatory just a comparison).........

He said post match that was a mistake as well,we scarred him/them that season and topped it off with the title,i don't think him getting the title back the following season would have made that hurt any less,he got out knowing what was going to happen next,we broke him
I know from someone quite close to him that he said he had no intension of retiring, Van Persie signed on the pretence GPC would be around for a few more years and when he went VP felt a little let down
City finished him he knew the game was up and he realised their squad needed a major overhaul to compete
so he did what all good ego maniacs do in that situation upped sticks and went, with no consideration for those left behind including the club he professes to love, I mean come on who in their right mind would recommend David Moyse to be their successor, only someone who deep down hoped it would all fall apart that’s Ferguson in a nutshell for me

Oh and he then added to it by trying to stitch up Rooney, stating he wanted a transfer, because Rooney was the only player that managed to get one over on him and earned more money than him while he was in charge
The GPC has a bigger ego than Mourinho and Van Gal put together

Only for that season.
The rags won the title the following year at a canter, GPC retired on a high and Bobby was sacked.
Regardless how folk remember it, GPC had the last laugh.

Did he fuck.

We were so bad the following season for one major reason, we were still celebrating.

Seriously, from fans to manager to players to board, we'd all just gone through the biggest and most epic title race ever and came out of it in the greatest way possible.

We were never going to be normal after that. Took us a year to settle down and we never stood a chance of mounting a title challenge the following year. Had United beat us to it, they'd have probably fared better than us tbh because they'd won it before.

Us? We lost the plot. Simple as.

A year later the dust settled and Fergie realised he'd caught a lucky break and us and Chelsea were shaping up to dominate.

Ok then

Messi should retaliate saying Phil Jones is the most underappreciated defender in the world and he hopes he doesn't play against him.
