Because anyone who produces a reasoned argument instead of shouting “scum” must be a rag.

I don't get it. I never will. It's the same thing on their forum. I remember a few United fans praising city's play and getting accused of "salivating" over our play and therefore were closed City fans. Sometimes, football fans are just that - football fans. There s a difference between that and being a myopic fanboy.

And in that case, the spine of our current isn't

Ederson 35M - Goalies are now £70m+

Stones 50M - Centre halves are £75M+

KDB 55M - Midfielders are £89M +

Aguero 35M- Forwards are £200M +

Some of the signings we have made are ridiculous when you think about it. Otamendi cost us £30m and he was easily one of or the best defender in Europe last year. Fernandinho again, no-one does what he does and he cost us around the same. To think that Mahrez at £60m in todays market and considering where we are is our record signing is mental really.

United just have a desperate policy, they have the money but I think the money machine behind them means they have to sign big names but big names don't make a team. I said it 3 years ago when Mourinho came, they still have not got a side that has moved on from Ferguson and ever since they have had no DNA or a way in which they play to build a new team around. The new bloke at Arsenal is going to have the exact same problem.

The biggest threat over the years is going to be Liverpool and Spurs because both of them have fantastic managers and very clear ways of playing. If they both had a bit of dosh we would be in a lot of trouble.

Liverpool, yes. But spurs just moved to a new stadium and u believe they're still paying it off (Unless I'm mistaken.) If so, they're not going to have the financial muscle to beat us in the long run, Even though they are well set and play progressive football.

Never said that he didn't spend much. And I invite you to bring up my posts and show me where I said so. I responded to the comparison between their current spending and their spending under
