I think he`s much too busy with his other duties, cleaning the boots and the toilets like all future England captains and the new Duncan Edwards have to do.

It’s safe to say UEFA will draw the easiest teams possible for United in the Europa League, and United will only face a tough team in the final, and UEFA will make sure the ref knows his Job and what to do in the final.
