Basically saying tickets are now half price for this game as not sold so many……

No big names / no success = drop off In so called ‘fans’ rapidly

Ten Bob clearly moulding the team around slabhead :-) , he's going to be lucky last Ten months.
Happy Days

Maguire as a holding midfield !! Oh come on. We have sadly let Ferny go, a player that had everything in that position. Realising he was retiring we ensured we had another player lined up to slot into that very important position. It is a key role in a team.
Fletcher seems to have plucked Maguires name out of a bag. He might as well have named DeGea as DM.
Maguire is not mobile enough, he cannot hold the ball he cannot even get close enough to an attacker to foul him.
It is soooooooo funny.

Picking up nicely to be another season with no improvement where they become a bigger laughing stock & it gets more embarrassing for the media to try and keep them relevant.

Today''s friendly will be all about poor little brave raggys and their class of 2021, the group that we owned as much as the first team and how they're the future '92 lot.
Still annoying that we somehow got ourselves knocked out of the FA Youth Cup last year, thus allowing the united ‘Yoof’ hype train to continue despite the fact our EDS and U18s spanked them again last season

I presume they'll still end up getting De Jong, purely because of Barca's financial issues, but the way they've relentlessly pursued a player who clearly doesn't want to join them has been more than a bit undignified and desperate. How the mighty have fallen.
Back in the day Reid and Swales wasted an entire summer trying to sign a Dutch midfielder, Arthur Numan, from PSV for what would have been a huge fee for our budget
This was to replace Michael Hughes, our best young player at the time but who was sold to France for a pitifully low fee.
Numan clearly didn’t want to come here - so much so that he even got the players’ union involved to try and stop the club forcing him out.
We ended up with the hopeless Alfons Groenendijk instead. Numan iirc ended up as a left back at rangers where he was solid but nothing particularly special

This dejong deal is a mess.

Dejong wants to stay at Barca. Barca have plenty of cash as they are signing players, they just see DJ as a flop and want to cash in. Rags happy to throw money at it put player refusing to move. Lol.
