Its going to be tough for Ten Hag to get results with his thinking of having someone like Eriksen in a midfield of two. There is no quality in the team to sustain that unlike us.
Everyone bar the Rags knew that their preseason friendly results meant shit (specially the 4-0 against dippers), but I also didnot expect it to come crashing down so quickly.

We all know the play out from the back style needs a goalkeeper suited to it which is why Pep's first move was to ruthlessly move Joe on. De Gea is never going to suit that style but is all they have. Either he changes his philosophy or the carry on being unable to play how their manager wants and it gets more toxic as the season goes on. They're seriously up the creek

I see the fans have released a statement bemoaning their current predicament saying ‘we have had a difficult time in the last decade but we have hit rock bottom’ they haven’t a bloody clue about difficult times.
A difficult time in the last decade? That fanbase is fucking deluded!

In the last decade they’ve won the Premier League, the Europa League, the FA Cup, the EFL Cup and the Community Shield twice, finished second in the league twice, with two other Top4 finishes, only finished outside the top 6 once in the best league in the world, have played in the CL four times and in Europe in general in all but one season, have one of the biggest incomes in world football, have spent £1.2bn on players (most of which they’ve been buzzing with at the time of signing them) and have the biggest wage bill in the country…
Most sets of fans in world football - including United fans in the 1970s and 80s - could only dream of a decade like that!

They are nowhere near mediocrity yet never mind rock bottom. They have fans who’ve experienced two decades in their living memory worse than the last decade.

Oi you stupid Rag cunts, I know you’re reading this, you just wait until you really do hit rock bottom, you haven’t got a fucking clue what rock bottom is.

The Manchester United of the 1930s was rock bottom, go and have a read of that era of your history you daft twats!

The rag supporters need to curb their anger at the current situation. If you look at the league table the greatest team in the world and nearly won the league quadruple chasers currently have two more points than them. They ain’t all that bad if you look at it that way.

With the 20 years of constant titles the piss can gave them, if they win nothing for the next 20 they should have no complaints, deluded twats, football goes in cycles, and theirs is over.

And a reason we should savor every moment of our time now, enjoy because one day it will be gone.
