Scum. They have posted losses of more than £92m for three of the last four years and have now recorded total losses of £372.8m over the previous five years and £257.4m across the last three years, but insist they are sticking by financial rules drawn up by the Premier League and UEFA.

The Premier League's Profit and Sustainability Rules allow for losses of £105m over a three-year period, but United claim they are inside that limit when allowable losses, such as investment in infrastructure, academies and women's football, are taken into account.

£257.4m less £105 allowable losses = £152.4m. Not a cat in hells chance they have invested that much to allow them to pass PSR.

Turnover for show but profit for dough.

I'm sure the USA owners are familiar with this old American saying.
Won't stop them getting a cut out of it though.

Losses for the scum for five years running! In that time they have spent nearly a billion pound on players!

600m in debt losses galore seem PSR is working for them! It's lucky those Covid payments of 40m helped them out!

The narrative for that scummy club through there 12 years of shite is always positive and how they can always spend what they want because they are the supposed biggest club in the world!

Everything points to them being a tinpot small club haven't won the league for 11 years losing money continually finishing midtable!

It would be interesting to know how much the City/United demographic split has changed in the school playground as I suspect the youngest generation (Alpha?) will almost reflect the opposite of the early baby boomers in the 1950s who only really knew the Busby Babes and weren't old enough to remember the 1930s when City were the dominant force.

That generation are now largely irrelevant and will soon be replaced by a significantly larger proportion of City supporters who'll enter adulthood to a backdrop of sky blue dominance, and won't give a flying fuck about George Best.

Talksport must be shitting themselves

I would say one rule for one & one for another!

Well you seen that paint job in there tunnel must of put that down into the accounts as 10m

Can't be true that. After all, some United fans insist that they always live within their means and never post losses. FFP/PSR aside, they flung a lot of shit at us when we were making large losses in the early years of the takeover. At least there was a means to an end when we were doing it as ultimately it led to us becoming the best team on the planet and the club is now also very profitable. They just keep spending fuck tons of money every year and never get any better!
