I’m old enough to remember Bobby Robson being the next nytid boss.
He turned them down.
I’m old enough to remember Lawrie McMenemy being the next nytid boss.
He turned them down.
Big fat racist Ron took over.
He didn’t buck the trend won a few cups as was your average nytid manager until the scum sacked him - as was their way.
If this Amorin guy is lined up by City then we’re getting him and it’s popcorn time watching the rags sing in unison that they didn’t want him anyway.

SCUM.
WTFAMu.
CTID.
As you were Blues.

i hope Amorim will refuse them like Liverpool/West Ham, i rate him highly.
He will expect a level of ability from the players they just don't have. A bit like Ten Hag he'll come in with big ideas about playing that tika taka shit football and end up getting them hoofing it up to Rashford. I'd be more worried if they had Dyche or Allardyce lined up

I don’t see Amorin going to the Rags

Why would he turn down Liverpool in the summer, a club that as CL and been consistently challenging for trophies for last 10 years, for then to take the Rag job midway through the season, that as no CL and been in decline for more than 10 years. He might as well stay at Sporting, at least until the summer.

Like most people have all ready said, if City have approached him about being are 1st choice to replace Pep, not a chance in this world he will risk that for job at that tinpot club.

It could be the Rags doing there usual tactics,
They tell the world that they are going for one of the top managers around, and then they say “no, we decided to not go for him”( because he is not the utd way) then they appoint some company yes man, van horse face for example and then the world’s media (sky bcc) tell everyone what fantastic decision it was. lol
