Annoyingly even if they lose their next two as expected they won't actually drop any further down the table unless Everton or Palace suddenly turn their form around and win two on the bounce.
 
Not gonna get excited over scum dropping into the relegation zone as they will never be relegated anyway . The prem and Howard Webb will ensure it doesn't happen, watch them start getting "decisions" going their way , Bruno the rat will be averaging a penalty a game soon.
There will be a different gravitational pull in the opposition box where it will be impossible for a scum player to stay upright, VAR will see things they don't see in other games, and little by little the fix will keep scum from being relegated and all will be good in their little tiny brains .
 
Luckily for United, we live in an era where the promoted teams are just so far behind the rest of the Premier League, 30-35 points can be enough to stay up. In 2 of the last 4 seasons you didn't even need 30 points to stay up.

I agree, Mainoo is a very good player who has been failed by his club.

At his age, he should have followed Foden's path, i.e. play the odd full game here and there, make plenty of sub appearances and gradually build up to being a regular starter.

United have done the opposite - they've played him constantly and just run him into the ground. The kid needs a rest.
