Fifa are better like that, I got Team Specific tickets for the 2002 world cup. You could buy T3 to T7, but only paid if they got that far.

Was an easy process. Bought for all 3 games.

Chose the central block at side of pitch for the final. May as well travelling all that way.

Cat 2 semi final worked out roughly £27.50 (125 sar)
Cat 1 final - £44.00 (200 sar)
Cat 3 - 3/4 playoff roughly £8.80 (40 sar)

That’s what I purchased. You can get cheaper final block less than 200 sar.

Wikipedia (for what its worth) says it is a city of 4.8M. Must be logistics why they haven't allowed us to have tickets for both.
