IIRC it was 2 shillings (10p in today's currency) back in the 1960's. Even cheaper in the scoreboard end.
My last Season Ticket as a Junior (under 18 I think) was in 1976 and it cost £4.50, still got the receipt and the leather City embossed holder, can’t get a pint for that price these days.

The good news is I qualify for the FOC season ticket next season, think my Colin Bell Level 2 padded comfy (not the comfy chair) seat will be around £500 next season, bargain, but those bastards in Office are making me wait another year for my bus pass.

I don't have the foggiest about this lot, but being Japenese, you know they're going to be disciplined, tough and fit. I just hope talent wise they're dog shit.
In their last match vs Leon they were all over the shop and gave the ball away frequently. I thought they were lucky to win.

Standard of Swansea City according to Opta.

The starting 11 last time we played Urawa

Some City legends in that team right there got a 2-0 these present lot better live up to their example and also get a result ;-)
Looking at that team , maybe not the strongest ever City line up, but we've fielded worse teams though!
I remember most of that bunch. Aide Mike had a brother called Leon who also played for us didn't he ?(not sure if older or younger? .) I have vague recollections of Quigley, can't say David Kerr rings any bells though!?

The only thing you can count on is that the fans will tidy the stadium at the end and the world will treat it like the most progressive thing that's happened since Rosa Parks.

for those with BT Sport / TNT access, Urawa v City is on TNT Sport tonight, as well as FIFA website.
Thanks for confirming.
For some reason I thought it was going to be shown on a domestic channel or is that the final?

If you mean Urawa?

They’ve got nothing up front. But they defend very well and don’t concede a lot of goals.

Urawa play a 4-4-2 that has been brutally efficient in defence - a league-fewest 27 goals conceded this year - but lacklustre in attack.

The back line has been an iron curtain, with 37-year-old goalkeeper Shusaku Nishikawa delivering one of the best seasons of his career, but the lack of answers up front kept Urawa from being a true title contender in the J1 League.

I think he’s trying to be “funny”
