No. What I've said, is that he is being prosecuted because he was running for office.

There very well be crimes he is guilty of... But a finessed business reporting misdemeanor and charges over inflating his property value on loan applications, strike me as rather political....

Correction, the plea wasn't withdrawn. The Judge had to blow the whistle on the sweet deal the DOJ was trying to sneakily grant Hunter by using purposely vague language.


The Judge caught on and was like, Nah, I can't sign off on this blank immunity shit!!!

Then the DOJ quickly withdrew pretending they didn't know the deal was an immunity stitch up. :)

None of it matters in the wash.

He was NEVER going to be indicted as some kind of secret spiller, nor did his Father gain anything or give favor as VP. It was all conspiratorial BS and now he’s free of it.

The (not-so) subtle use of the art of linguistic inference is something I admire. However, in this instance, I have to object.

The law is the law. But Judges have to apply the general laws to specific cases that often don't fit perfectly with the law as written or with common sense.

So Judges ( at least Supreme Court Judges) have the duty of interpreting new rules and laws and whether they violate the Constitution or some existing Federal law.

This job of interpretation isn't as ironclad as we'd like to think. Different judges apply different philosophical lenses to understanding how a law should be interpreted.

TP not add my bias, I'd leave it at that. :)

Watching Republicans crow about Biden pardoning his son is the most hilarious example of hypocrisy I’ve seen for awhile!
