Me too, although can't help but think that starting Negredo (and Aguero) for that game was one of the few things the boss got wrong last year. That knock, though not serious, really affected The Beast's confidence in terms of his physical power, which is clearly the springboard for his entire game. Manuel could've easily rested him and Sergio and been we'd still have coasted into the final.

Even if he goes, I am not sure we will bring in someone. We would then need to find someone else to take out from the CL squad. Of course assuming Negredo is the one who is already missing out.
