That's a pretty decent idea. Could also just not sell Guidetti and keep him for depth. Loan or sell him in January if he isn't up to it.

Nacho - I remember thinking "if you had to take him into the first team you could probably do it and not lose sleep."

I think someone in the Nacho thread who was knowledgeable about the work permit issue had made a pretty solid case for that being sorted by October as well.
