Dreadful decision. The advantage Lukaku had by having a toe nail nearer the goal than the ball was non-existent. His weight was behind the defender.

we've had goals disallowed by VAR for millimetres being offside

we've had soft penalty's, that one on Mbappe yesterday for France was very soft

but because it's the Euros and not the Prem, everyone is saying how much better it is.
