What would be the verdict if a forward was wearing a very baggy shirt and the material was offside but his body wasn’t?

With the mount of money in the PL, where VAR is mainly used, I cannot understand why there isn't a dedicated Ultra High Speed camera system in operation at EVERY ground. A quick check of google shows that the price would be in the thousands, rather than millions, to install and run, and it could also be synchronised so that the point at which the ball is played and the positioning of every player could be measured extremely accurately.
To get rid of the clowns in Stockley Park, how about a suitably programmed (including the LotG) AI to take away the inherent human failings currently "bugging" the system?
I wonder why that's never been thought of?

Just had a proper look at the decisions in their game yesterday.
1. 3rd goal definitely not offside.
2. Pickford on Van Dyke is as red a red card as you'll ever see.
And I say this as someone who fucking hates the cunts.
Looks like it could be their turn to not be VAR's chosen ones this season.
