VAR Thread - 2021/22

There have been so many against them that they all blur into one. Robertson seems to get away with one on Raz every time we play
It was the same last time when they should have had a player sent off against City this season. Their supporters are all giddy because they are still in all competitions. Apparently it shows what a great side and manager they have. They should have had a player sent off against Leicester in the cup game in the first ten minutes. Leicester probably would have won that game as they beat them a few days later qin the league. Against Cardiff, again they should have had a player sent off and Cardiff given a penalty. Not surprisingly these decisions were " missed " the only reason they are not even further behind City in the league is the decisions in the game against Villa, penalty in their favour for what looked like a typical dive and a Villa penalty turned down. We saw these decisions in the league when they " won" it and time and again in the Champions League. Their " history " will show a succesion of dubious decisions. There were the ridiculous decisions the weekend City played Southampton and they played Crystal Palace. Some talk of " mentality monsters " it must be nice knowing their "history" makes them immune to certain decisions. All that "history" achieved with funding decades ago, long before FFP was established. Yet now City are accused of cheating FFP.

One angle suggests the ball hit his shirt sleeve. As there is this weirdly defined T-shirt rule, that should be enough to make it not a "clear and obvious error".

Everton spend too much time arguing!
