Vet Fees

My vet is just outside Killorglin and called Paidie Shea, he's a class act and we love him, he's charged us €25 for an operation before and only charged us the price of meds before, as I said he's a class act.

Merlin brought me another squirrel today , last one he ate gave him gastroenteritis and had to take him to the vet for anti nausea jab so he could eat , that was seventy odd quid , be really annoyed if i have to take him again , also cost me £120 to have his shit analysed as never been solid since that one

Little shit , free to a good home but you will have to put up with loads of dead animals in your house !

Get a little dog instead Kaz.

Bought a dose of the cat's flea treatment from the vet this morning. Was told that this was the last one I could buy without bringing the cat in for a health check consultation at a cost of £37. My cat's fit and healthy, if it was off colour I'd take it to the vet. Does anyone else think they're taking the piss, because I certainly do.
Just get it off the internet yourself

I'll analyse its shit for £50.

Yep. That's definitely shit. 50 quid please

I understand the need for proper health care for animals using the vets and certain drugs being on prescription, but flea treatment, WTF.

Correct, my cat's on Advocate. I'll give the pet shop brands a try, does anyone have any recommendations?
I haven’t, sorry. Since we moved, there are no fleas up here, compared to millions where we last lived.

I always used Advocate sparingly, to keep it for when she needed to kill every flea and used Frontline in between, but it’s nowhere near as good.
