Villa (H) Post Match Thread

No it isn't mate. The phase was clearly over as Mings had cracked on and was doing his look how cultured a CB I am thing.
Spot-on. Once Mings had controlled it he played Rodri onside. It's the same when a goalkeeper misplaces the ball to an attacking player in an offside position. He plays him onside. That has been the rule since I started watching football in the 60s. Rio Ferdinand is a moron.

Don’t know why some are even discussing the first goal in a negative vein, it was a goal, plain and fuckin simple, we were the better team and deserved to win ... Happy fuckin days, about time we got these correct decisions..
The other good news is it’s fuckin with the heads of the haters big time... :-)!

We don’t talk much about whether there’s an agenda these days do we? We are the panto villains and are fair game for every media outlet

He's the moron's favourite moron. Rio Ferdinand is a moron. Every other broadcast he just makes an ass of himself with his ignorance.

Did you miss the part where I clearly said my issue is with the law and not the decision?

I don’t think that players should be allowed to benefit from being in an offside position. Rodri closes 20 yards on Mings before he plays the ball. That puts him in the very position to be able to make the tackle.

Like I said, I was pissed off when decisions like that have gone against us because I disagree with the law.
That law has not changed for at least 60 years.
