Vincent Kompany 2015/16 performances

Anyone noticed that all his injuries occur on match days only, and mainly early on.
Is he not going at100% in training or maybe not warming up correctly before a match?

Either way, he and City know that if he can't be relied upon then he won't be long before he's sold, but then who would buy him?

My guess. We simply cannot rely on an injury prone player in such an important role if we want to get further than a semi final.

Hope he's not rushed back for Euro's, if he plays he needs to be 100%. Ideally needs the whole summer to recover.

If it happens next season then its becomes an issue.

Not his fault but his days with us are numbered.

Such has been his style of play that his body can't cope with his intensity and his darting out to intercept etc.

A club legend but time to move on.

About 18 months too late with this.

Perhaps you are yet to be convinced about the Chilean duck egg or Pink Wheel Trims himself? What do you think? Tough call I know.

I'd absolutely keep him, his leadership & passion are something we need. We can't ship off Kompany, Zabaleta, Hart (rumoured) all at once, these guys are our leaders on the pitch & know the club far better than most.

Saying that I'd also absolutely build our defence without him. No point picking him + another as our first choice CB partnership if he won't play 50% of the games next season.
