I'm desperate for him to finish this season fit and be ready next year. He is getting better every game.
He backed it up today, great to see the big man score. All the right soundbites but we've had this for a few years where our players talk the talk and then fail to back it up.
Let's not talk about home form being a problem anymore, until we've actually turned a corner and moved forward with a much more respectable home record.

Yep. Win the next two home games and we should be breathing a sign of relief at the end of the season.Indeed he did, as did the team. It was more in reference to the team in general, than Kompany's talk himself but let's keep it going now.
Played well today, but he really does get caught out in some horrible positions and picks up cards for deliberate checks; think he's had one in almost every game back.
In his defence, I think today's yellow may have been down to Otamendi playing a dangerous ball across the defence which surrendered possession and left us exposed.
What's with all the head patting? It seems to be some sort of in-joke?
