They'll be no boozing either on their part.

Compare that to 'our boys' - beer belly as standard issue and off their face on warm bottles of lager.
 
The Russians are 20 years too late at least, it would have been a total different scenario..the Russians are well organised , where as women children and shirt wearing barmy are fair game to the Russians..where the English hooligan of yesteryear looked for his foreign counterpart.
 
Had to share a breakfast buffet bar with a load of Russians a a few years ago skiing in Andorra, that got pretty hairy around the bread toaster

Sounds a bit like the 'Kray twins' defence that:

I'm sure fans of other teams wouldn't agree with you there. It was more than likely the same. Pissed up groups of lads, with an organised element, terrorising other fans. They're all cunts.

Hopefully the French police will get some sort of organisation going, but it will be too little and definitely too late.
 
It's all getting very embarrassing, although not quite as embarrassing as Lineker trying to pin everything on English fans.
 
the violence in the stadium show the difference between the 2 sets of fans, 5 minutes to go a firework goes off and the russian mob start making their way in a group to a very flimsy segragated area of England fans, the fire work seems obviously a signal to an organised group to get ready.

There are groups of england fans that are knobs singing outdated songs like no surrender, who are not an organised hooligan firm but play at it, you see it at away games, throwing bins, bottles and chairs, and a few scuffles, but that's about it. Eastern european football though is brutal for football violence, put it one way that Russias main newspaper has reported this as valiant russians repel english thugs and shows the difference in the mindsets of their press and ours.

If the Russians think they are having it with organised English football hooligans, they are very very mistaken..

And I know for a fact it was an unwritten rule women kids and barmy were off limits..where you seem to know different eh.

It's over it has been for years in the UK.
