No way will a conditional discharge prevent you entering the US.A 6 month conditional discharge and £35 in court costs.
Didn't even know it was a criminal offence until it happened.
Not even drunk and disorderly because nothing wrong was actually done other than having had one too many beers before a match.
Surely there’s a third - I wasn’t drunk or disorderly…No way will a conditional discharge prevent you entering the US.
As a footnote for future reference (just in case) there are two defences to being drunk and disorderly.
1. I was drunk but wasn’t disorderly
2. I was disorderly but I wasn’t drunk.
