Was this the story pulled earlier? Mancini V Tevez {merged}

My mate serves the tea in the dressing rooms at half time. He just managed to catch this picture on his mobile, before being ushered from the scene.

There was an incident in the first half where he picked up the ball on the edge of the Newcastle box and held on to it, as he always does, despite the attention of four barcode defenders but was looking for support. No one (Milner, Barry, Yaya or Silva) came anywhere near and eventually he was forced to give away a throw. He then belted the ball against the advertising board in frustration.

Now if that was me, I'd certainly have had something to say at half-time and I'd be telling my manager and team-mates in no uncertain terms what I thought. I suspect these things happen all the time in dressing rooms and once the heat dies down, they get forgotten. But Tevez is 100% right on this - a lone striker relies totally on support from midfield getting forward quickly and that isn't happening at the moment.

I think Apache's off pitch goal celebration with the subs bench is very significant

Who was it he specifically went to celebrate with, couldn't tell from our side of the stadium.

They don't have to be mates, they just have to keep winning. Most of us will have played sport before and had arguments with team mates, usually nothing comes of it and if your not the kind of person to put what happens behind you after the game I personally wouldn't want you on my side. Carlito doesn't strike me as the kind of man who'll throw his toys out of the pram because of a few hurtful words in the heat of the moment, and the rumours that it was laughed off afterwards would suggest this.

Furthermore you could argue that Mancini got it spot on, Newcastle played a very high line and we should have took advantage. We got round the back four or five times and only converted once. If we'd have taken the chances then there wouldn't really be alot for them to moan about. Mancini's right for me on this one.

RSC - just become a dad apparently.

Yeah but it's more likely to be a gesture from Tevez making a riduculously subtle point about having to play up front on his own and scoring evey week though ain't it? Rather than congratulating his mate on the birth of child.

Relax blues, stop reading too much into things.
