To be fair to the interviewer he was questioning if they were lucky to be awarded the first goal (a valid question) but Pep interpreted that as were we lucky today which clearly we weren’t.

To be fair I think Pep was making the point that he knows we are not getting any favours from anyone in any game we play.

First goal was definitely offside. If not then they definitely need to change the wording of the rules again.

It was as much offside as the guy Fern gave the penalty away against in the Schalke game, if not more so.

We should have scored 5 or 6 today though. The first wouldn’t matter so much then.

I’m sorry but that’s heavily blue-tinted. You don’t get any more active than running at the ball and swinging your leg to shoot! He forced the defender into making a panicked clearance, a clear example of interfering with play. There’s no way it was the correct decision to award the goal. But we will take it every day of the week.

All open to interpretation, that's what's wrong with the rules of the game. When you have an ex ref changing his mind three times over the decision, what hope have we got ? I said straight away after watching it live once " he cant be offside the defender played it against him". That was before the ref went to chat to the liner. Blue tinted I may be, but me and the ref got the right decision.
