Wearing your City top in public

All County fans are rags who can't afford to go to Old Trafford. You cannot be a City fan and 'follow' County in my opinion. They are fucking horrible cunts, shame Sale saved Edgeley Park from being bulldozed. I hate them with a passion I remember all their snide comments from when I was a kid.
As much as they're snide, and have a junior hooligan front, I admire their setup and the way the club has really risen. I also appreciate their County In The Community, even if it presented a great defacing opportunity in my secondary school days at Reddish Jail. Didn't see many County shirts in 5 years exiled from Manchester on a school day basis.

Unrelated, I wear my shirts and colours everywhere. I am finding a few Blues rougher and tougher to say hello to. Many blank replies. That could just be me.

No it's colder all my jackets or coats have a city badge on them. In summer my sleeve tattoo shows my love of City

Remember walking through the sports hall at centre parks in Penrith and a Scouser shouted something in my face I just laughed.
I also remember being in the Anchor pub in Flookburgh many years ago ... Lakeland holiday park near by full of Liverpool fans....I don't know why to this day but after being on the piss all day a friend and I got up to do karaoke and seeing my audience decided to give you'll never walk alone a go....my mate also a blue questioned my decision and i said trust me... halfway through I had them stood on chairs swaying from side to side...then i just stopped and started SHOUTING OH MANCHESTER OH MANCHESTER IS WONDERFUL ITS FULL TITS FANNY AND CITY the place erupted and after having an ashtray thrown at me I tried telling them to calm down calm down.
Then we were escorted out of the building and had to leg it.
Never done anything like that before or after unfortunately the lad that sang with me died last month aged 51 (Rip Jay) and the story was brought up at his wake.
Was at Centre Parks Penrith and went to watch Liverpool v Burnley on the giant screen in the sports hall, March 2019 I think it was. Place seemed full of Liverpool shirts. Burnley scored and more than half the place cheered, doubt everyone was a Claret so suspect they were Mancs, Evertonians and plastic rags. Regrettably dippers went on to win and the shirt wearers were their usual obnoxious selves.

Always wore my tops throughout school when growing up. P.E non uniform days etc. Got absolutely terrorised for it. Only city fan in my year at high school. 03 till 07. So I've got thick skin from it. I even wore it for p.e just after the Middlesbrough 8-1 drumming. Best memory though was my form tutor for 5 years was a massive red. Always gave me stick in front of class. Always dreaded Monday mornings especially if we'd had a tanking at weekend. One that always sticks out though was the the first week back after the summer holidays. It was leading upto the City v United 07/08. For some reason i was confident we were going to stick one on them. I took my form tutor up on a bet, whoever lost they would have to wear the other teams top for the first hour of the day. His suggestion and after years of abuse I thought fuck it you red bastard. Massive regret straight after though! Well that Brazilian beauty Geovanni only went and stuck one in didn't he! I could only watch from the south stand and prey that city wouldn't fuck this up for me. The rest is history and yes he kept his side of the deal. I walked in with my top purposely arriving late so I was the last one in and threw it at him. The pain in his face as he put it on and sat for an hour was priceless. Geovanni was my god haha
