That was me explaining what a hypothetical actually is to someone who is showing his ignorance of the fact. One of our other players maybe would do that. this is not violent conduct mate. he didnt strike or spit at the opponent. it comes down to interpretation, but most refs wouldnt send off a player for this. and im not talking shite as you so nicely put it

Let's assume for the moment that Barton got the yellow card for starting an altercation. The ball was still in play when he dragged Gervinho up. Gervinho was in the box. That's a penalty.
