I'm excited for him, but as I've mentioned before, I worry about minutes being spread around. Foden was more outspoken than ever last year about wanting to play full-time in the middle, and with KDB back, that might become a headache for Pep. Even if they both play in there as double 10's, you still have Bobb, Savio, Doku, Grealish, and Bernardo all fighting for minutes. Get knocked out of a comp early, and it becomes even more messy.

Have we got another 4 Champs Leage games and another 8 Club World Cup games this year?
Thats 74 games in a year - are they trying to kill players? - its not sustainable, injuries are almost certain to increase with fatigue. The product will suffer in the end.

Think its only 2 more CL but 1 less Super cup, and during the season 2 less CWC. We do have the CWC in the summer but personally I wouldn’t take players with over 3000 minutes, but that’s up to the club to assess when we get there.Have we got another 4 Champs Leage games and another 8 Club World Cup games this year?

Just watched the Man City Youtube of “players return and new signing”
Main talking points :
1) Ederson will take him under his wing - proper bromance in the making.
2) The effection Pep gives Ederson while the 2 brazilians chat is beautiful.
3) Haaland looks more than happy
What i’ve learnt is (after 5 pints of San Miguel and counting) :
1) Ederson is staying
2) Pep is staying
3) Haaland is staying
4) Grealish made an affort to welcome him - Savinho struggles with English (arkward)
5) Fuck England. The premier league is coming home for a 5th time
