Well done Bobby

Interesting that nobody is reflecting on bobs reactions to decisions like this when we are 2 or 3 nil up - they are exactly the same - old trafford this year springs to mind - 3-0 up and micah is brought down, mancini up and berating anything or anyone who will listen, all the media have done is switched its attention to bob on a more regular basis and its all to our advantage!!!
Totally agree. David Platt made this point in interviews prior to the Wigan game and has been proved completely correct.

I do think he's angry at things not going his way recently - and with examples such as the Gerrard fiasco, who can blame him? It's one rule for the anointed, another rule for Roberto, it seems. But really he's just the same Mancini he always has been - angry, demanding and short-tempered has always been his touchline persona.

I know the incident you're referring to and having watched it again just last Friday, I think that is the typical hand gesture of an Italian, rather than the brandishing of an imaginary card. I think the clear gesture of the imaginary card has happened only since Kompany got sent off and the failure to send others off for similar incidents.

I love it! We have a manager who cares 100% what goes on and is not afraid to show it!
We have been on the end of some disgusting decisions of late, bobby is just making the officials aware that HE knows the rules too!

Some people need to get over the fact, Bobby is here to stay.

Well said Zin.

So let me get this right... we're 3 points clear at the top after battling out the a result that we were told would be our achiles heel (cold monday night in wigan that all our superstars would not want to be at, including micah, vinnie and mario who paid for a box so they could go) and some of you are moaning about bobby going apeshit about a clear proffesional foul which could probably also come under ungentlemanly conduct?

your. heads. a. give. wobble.

The media are having a go (as is Rooney) for his perceived double standards not whether he does it or not.

This.

Here's hoping Bobby never loses his passion...and if that means brandishing imaginary cards, so be it (much rather that than the sly word in the ear of the 4th official, badgering the ref at HT/FT or bad-mouthing the officials in post match interviews). To me what happens on the pitch is the be all and end all...and in that respect, keep up the good work Bob.

For everyone saying its ok just dont moan when everyone else does then.

Liverpool players for getting Balo sent off....Charlie adam was slaughtered

Rooney for getting Kompany sent off...Rooney was slaughtered

etc etc

Whether its a manager or a player everything is done heat of moment so let it continue as long as we are consistent in our views.

Personally I dont like it

Correct, if Ferguson did it we would be calling him all the names under the sun, think Bibby should give it a rest now and put his energy in to winning the title.

The difference is in all those incidents Manchester City got punished by Refs!

Logic and consistency on a football forum?

As if!

Rule 1 - If Mancini does it it's right.
Rule 2 - If in any doubt refer to rule 1
