if the management had any doubts about Kompany they would have made a centre half replacement a priority they would have just gone out & bought,they wouldn't fuck about with untried kids in a League game,they don't have to,were at a different level now,same with every position,the only way any kids are gonna get a sniff is if their exceptional,that really is the way it is.....That type of thinking , will never allow any young players to break through(you cant live off past feats). Yes Vinny is our captain but if his performances are garbage then he should be dropped for someone to be given a chance(that counts for any player)
