Flanks - Nasri and Merlin with Yaya in the middle

Strikers - Wilf and Sterling.

Nasri had a poor season last year by his own admission and partly due to injuries. When we won the last 2 titles, he had a good season and can always be
relied on to score the odd goal as well. If, as seems likely, the Ariges won't play or be brought as subs, then this is attacking line up as any.
Hoping and trusting that Nasri will have a good season........

I understand the Argentinians maybe not being up to speed and given extra recovery time, but Willian played for Chelsea yesterday, why would fernandinho not be available for us next week? Maybe im missing something, was Willian away at the Copa America?

he was. I personally don't understand why he joined the team late when they only made the quarters. Luiz and Silva featured for PSG too at the weekend and coutinho and Firminho have featured for scousers already

Anyone know of a forum where true City fans get together and post about how great it is to be a Blue in these heady times, rather than just slag off the players and manager(s) who have won two titles and two cups and come runners up twice and in the "disaster" that was last season (our worst for 4 years) we were runners up and scored more goals than anyone else?

You know I feel sorry for them, and it reminds me of my young nephew, who admits he became a Rag fan because he liked the red shirts .......when he was only six years old !
The sad thing for him is that he has only known them winning everything, and is now getting depressed as they struggle, and it is then I truly appreciate all the dark days for us not so long ago, and like you just appreciate where we are now, with so much more to come.
