PELLEGRINI: "Aleks has a muscle injury in his calf – not very big. I hope at the end of the next week he’ll be working with the squad.

PELLEGRINI: "Vincent is seeing different specialists to learn more about his injury. He will start working, I hope, next week - we'll see.
If you're gonna try and nab @karen7's job at least do it proper. :-)

What is Mangala's current injury as I've read no specific update details today.
Just hope Demi has enough in his tank for Everton next Weds following the Hammers battle.
Any chance Mangala will be available soon anyone know?
Nico Otamendi is crucial to our progress in the next 3 matches, what a great signing IMO.

I think it was hamstring

Hart

Zabaleta - Otamendi - Demichelis - Clichy

Yaya Toure - Fernandinho

De Bruyne - Silva - Sterling

Aguero

Personally I would play Navas ahead of KDB because I think he needs a rest and I would play Fernando using Yaya as an impact sub but I think Pellegrini will play the team above.

Great chance to go top of the league.

3-1 City Aguero hat-trick

Tough to call the line up, but i go for

-----------Adrian--------------
Jenko---Reid---Ogbonna---Cresswell
-----------Obiang-------------
-------Noble---Kouyate-----
Payet------------------Moses
------------Valencia----------

Good to see our players returning from injury, i do wish Carrol was fit though - makes such a difference

Going to be a good match, 4/1 for us to win is too big, at home we have a real chance, only lost 1 in 10 games... however, Aguero recently returning for a in form City - doesn't get tougher than that.

I'll be there in the Alpari upper. COME ON YOUUUUUUUUUUUUU IRONS

come on, the kid is 24, he should be able to play a couple of games in a row... i think his nonchalance sometimes is mistaken for genuine tiredness.

navas is good to come on when the opposition is knackered, 15 min before the end or something

Want:
Hart
Zabba - Otamendi - MDM- Clichy
Delph-Fernandinho
Yaya
KDB-Aguero-Silva

Think:
Hart
Sagna-Otamendi-MDM-Clichy
Yaya-Fernandinho
Navas-Silva- KDB
Aguero

With Agüero, Silva, De Bruyne, Sterling, ... all fit and well, City should win this one comfortably really ... even against a very tough opposition like West Ham.

West Ham solid at home this season if city want the three points they'll need to be firing on all cylindas. Yaya and Aguero for the win

True but we are still yet to see them click as a front 4
Maybe that whole idea of a front 4 is what's holding them back ...

If you look at Barcelona: MSN
If you look at Real Madrid: BBC

It's always a front 3 ...

Maybe 4 is just too much and they're taking away each other's space... How about 433 like this:

GK;
4 defenders (sorry for skipping the names);
Fernandinho, Delph, Touré,
De Bruyne, Agüero, Silva

Kev is the one that hasn't gelled with the others yet, sterling has
It'll happen but him and dave are not really connected yet

And yet he's scored 10 and assisted 11 ... I'm not big into scoreboard journalism but still it must count for something and it's a bit harsh to say that he hasn't really gelled. He's also won 3 / 4 POTM awards if I'm not mistaken?

Are you here as a kev/belgium fan or a City fan?
He hasn't gelled with dave as well as sterling but it will come in time is what i said
Have a day off

Don't get me wrong, I agree there's loads of room for improvement & they haven't connected yet the way they could BUT still massive stats, so something doesn't seem right ... Just can't put my finger on it.
No offence intended at all.

No worries,i love him by the way but he is still settling in,sterling is too but his connections to the others seems further on probably because he is used to pace of the league

I'd suggest another factor here is he had a preseason with them.
