That's if we let them have the ball :)

Maybe, but Southampton and Huddersfield barely got a sniff yet they still managed to cause occasional panic.

Southampton having a better expected goals than us despite us having 26 shots to their 7 is quite alarming.

We should be scoring 5 goals if we are getting that many shots in a game considering our quality. 1 every 5 shots.

If I have any sympathy for other football fans, not necessarily the clubs, it's fans from teams like West Ham who are being dealt one of the shittiest hands in football. Poor ownership, poor buys to strengthen the team (Zab excepted 'cos I think he came for nowt, didn't he?) turfed out of a ground into another soulless stadium - but a wee lifeline in Wee Davey. If Pee-Arse brings Beanie and puts him in the technical area we could be in trouble.

I look at it as who would the rags want most missing and for me there should be plenty of candidates but in their eyes I would think they would get giddy if either Kev/Kun/Merlin were missing
I just think if we lost delph or one of cbs we’d be relying on mangala or Danilo to slot in and that would be a tough ask. Though mangala put zlatan in his pocket a few years back vs PSG. If you don’t get banned for what lukaku did though it seems you won’t get banned for much

Made my morning lol

Bar anything stupid ie red card early doors, I can see City hitting 5 or 6 here.

W Ham are poor in organisation and shape and this won’t be fixed quickly.

Their confidence is low too and they won’t have the ball.

Head says easy win...but...yes 5-0
Don’t play Dino!

Come Sunday night I think Joe Hart will be quite relieved he couldn’t play this game.

Expect City to still be on a high and full of confidence after the finish to Southampton, and expect this to carry on into Sunday. Felt like a release of tension at the end of that game and have a feeling it will be a free-flowing drubbing for the hammers. I never predict things like that normally either.

How does the expected goals work, I really don't understand it.

I just hope it's not one of those games where we miss a few chances in the first half, their confidence increases and they hold on for a goalless draw or dare I say, nick it against the run of play. A couple of early goals will destroy their already low self esteem and it could be 5 or 6.
