If the Rags don't get three points at the Goons , we can play with less pressure and i think the goals will flow against Moyes and company , sensible thing is to omit VK , Dinho and Sane , but i wouldnt second guess Pep , VK needs match fitness , Dinho is the defensive hub of the midfield and we missed Sane's directness against Saints. Would be nice to go into the Derby at least ten points clear . Pep will possibly be watching from the stands , the media/pundits and the F.A.will be doing their utmost to even things up , similar to the Aguero ban last year.

2 of which were superb defending and taking one for the team.
I know it’s in vogue at the moment to make out as though he’s shit, can’t pass, slow as fuck and generally a liability but I’m gonna give him more than two games back from injury before writing him off.
(That’s not aimed at you btw, just a general comment after reading a few posts since the Southampton game)

I do think he is defending aggressively to cover his lack of pace and as you say lack of match fitness,he will never get through sunday without a booking as it will be a physical type of game,best he sits it out,same with dihno,sane needs to control his temper so i wouldn't trust him either,all are so important for the derby

I don't trust Vinny or Ferna to not pick up bookings. I would risk Sané but I don't think Pep will, we need him against united. That team should have enough to beat West Ham, it's just a case of getting the the three points even if we're not at our fluent best.

I'd put Sane on the bench. If we struggle to break down West Ham then can bring him on for say the last 20 mins - should be able to avoid picking up card

We could play the Mangler at left full and Yaya at CB. Give Gun, B.Silva, Foden and Diaz a run as well. Basically rest about 8/9 regulars.
